Contacts--THANK YOU!

Hey--this was my approach to getting contacts--a lot of work but well worth it. IMHO First, I read 100s of current and previous posts--even going into the archives. While doing that, I listed those people that I thought would be the most help for me with my personal situation. Then, I wrote a persoanl note to each one asking if they would be my contact and telling them a bit about myself (e-mail address is the envelope box by the name). When they responded, I sent a detailed letter with my questions. Every single person that I contacted this way was willing to be a contact. Let me tell you, to this day, they are so helpful--at least once a day I hear from a contact with a tip or two. So, take your time and this will be one of the best long term benefits to the packet.
