I eat about 5 bites and then watch everyone else eat. I'm so glad I don't eat like that anymore. I get some flack from people about how can I be sustained eating like a bird and I told someone I was hungry. He told me to go take a big whiff and I'd be full, That one was funny but most people just make some not so kind remarks about how much I eat. I love it though!
