- I'm 50 years old, married to a gorgeous Brit named Carl and I have 2 very active teens: Molly - 17 and Jake -15. Oh, and I can't forget my English Bulldog, Winston! We live in Niceville, Florida which is is the Florida panhandle (commonly referred to as LA or Lower Alabama) and are just 5 minutes north of the most beautiful beaches in the world of Destin.
I had the MGB with Dr. P on May 23rd, 2008 and life has never been better!
I am a Professor of Music at Northwest Florida State College (formerly Okaloosa-Walton College) where I direct the Madrigal Singers, teach Voice and Music Humanities.

I can't believe how big I was 1 year ago! It is amazing to see how much I have lost in all areas. I still have fatty thighs and under arms but I am working on those issues this summer!
