ok, WOW moment

I use to be between a XXL and a XXXL shirt. XXXL was better, but I hated buying them. Last night we went to a Christmas party. I put on my dress shirt and it looked sooo big on me. Went to TJ Max and a XL FIT!!!!! OMG!!!! I bought a XL shirt. Was not too tight at all. THEN, dancing ALL night!!!! I never was winded, and did not sweat like a pig. No shirt sweat marks. This keeps getting better and better!!!!!

Two Months out and dang!!!!!

I am now at 266. Thats 61 lbs down. I feel GREAT!!!!! I am wearing clothes I have not seen in a long time. I am almost 1/2 way there. Hope all you are doing great too. Thanks again Dr R, I cannot say thanks enough.

One month post op.

One month out and doing great. I am down 34 lbs. I was wearing 46 jeans. Now about half my 42's fit!! I went to the desert this past weekend and played in the sand dunes. I have a dune buggy. The seat belts were getting a little tight. This weekend i could tighten them!!!! Even with a sweater and a heavy jacket I buckeled in fine. I feel sooo much lighter. When hooking up the trailer I am not out of breath. I have to crawl under my buggy to untie it from the trailer. There is now room between my… Continue
