Hi Jay, did you get a contact letter from me? If not, just email me at plytle1601@rogers.com and put MGB Contact Letter in the subject.
I'm glad to see that other provinces are still covering this procedure, Ontario has stopped and it's so frustrating! I have several friends who would love to have it done but don't have the funds. I hope that letters to the Health Minister and OHIP can help turn this around so that more people can be healthy and happy like I am. The only procedure covered is the Roux 'N Y and there is no chance of revision or reversal if something goes wrong with that surgery. My son's MIL had the procedure several years ago and is still having difficulty with complications requiring several more surgeries.

Jay: You made the right choice (MGB) not only the best weight loss program available, it is a life saver. If you plan to have it before the Holiday you must act fast and get your packet in and approved quickly. It is long and takes a great deal of time, so don't wait another minute.

What types of questions do you have?
I will send you an e-mail you can also use for you packet.
What do you weigh now?
How old are you?
Will you have a support person with you?
Do you know where you will be staying?
I can't think of the new place right now that everyone is raving about, but ask Sandy. It is a retirement center that rents rooms and I hear are just lovely.
