9.30.09 Had the MGB with Dr Rutledge. I was the last surgery for the day, so I went in about 5pm. My surgery lasted 36 minutes, and he bypassed a little under 7 feet. I weighed in that day at 279lbs, and was a size 22/24.
I have been overweight my whole life. I have no "before" that I am working towards. I have no clue what I'll look like thin. I have PCOS and am gluten intolerant. I am not afraid of "health" food...I am excited that this surgery will finally let me see the results, that I work so hard for.

My Driver's License Weight
Okay, it's official....today, I finally weigh what my Driver's License says I do! And, I am at exactly 100 lbs I want to loose...So, kind of a big day for me...So, I am 250 today. I sat at 251 for five days. But, now it is coming off again. I have had this routine for a couple weeks now. I will loose for 3 or 4 days, and then sit at that weight for around 4 days.
So yay! Oh also....250 is the weight I was on our Wedding day...So, lot's of reasons to celebrate the 250 mark!

4 Weeks Later...
I didn't know whether to do my official update four weeks after surgery, or on the 30th...But, anyway, here I am exactly four weeks after my MGB...I went from 282, down to...256! That is 26 lbs lost! I have also kept track of my measurements, and I am at 19 inches lost right now. :)

I have been losing a little slower in the last few weeks, i was at one spot for 11 days and then started losing again, as of today i am down 53 so im still very happy with it, how are you and your dad doing, is see your brother is doing great but have not seen anything on your dad, i hope he is doing great as well, good to hear from you. Have you talked to Shannon, I have not heard much from her
