Thank you ladies so much. I'm planning on starting the pouch test and seeing a gastroenterologist to check my pouch. I had a kid 3 years ago and I think I stretched it.
What about sparkling water? Ya know like club soda? There is no acid or anything like that. I can still see it streaching the stomach, but should not hurt it in other ways. Any thoughts?
