O.k. so I have been changing some of the ways I am eating. I am not one of those where sugar and snacky stuff makes them sick. I wish! So I have decided that no matter what one of my meals was going to be a salad, and that no more late in the day snacking. Such bad habits I have. I have to clamp down or I am going to go right back to my old bad habits. Has anyone one else out there been a year out and still battling old habits?

Well I can't remember the last time I wrote here. Summer was busy and long. This last month I had a plateau. I would bounce between 256 and 258. It was frustrating. Then finally I started dropping the weight again. I am trying to be carefull about the carbs. I think being on the run this summer I ate to much snack foods. Hi everyone,

Starting out at such a heavy size I really didn't give myself a set weight goal. I mean it is not like I don't want to get to a certain size, I have thought about what it would be like to weigh 150lbs. I don't even remember being that weight ever. In 10th grade I weighed 190lbs, and I thought I wasn't so bad then. So I do hope to get below 200lbs, but I don't keep an exact number in mind. Well thank God it wasn't a plateau. I weighed myself this Monday and lost another 3lbs. Which is about my average 2 - 3 lbs a week now. I am officially down 119lbs! Since November 19, 2008. I posted a couple of new pictures. Me in some not so baggy clothes. So maybe you can see the difference. I should do side by side photos of my face. I should use my drivers license picture. I think I have hit my first major plateau. In the last two weeks I have lost one pound, and I don't feel like I am losing at all. Last week I was hungry all week, this week I take a couple of bites and am done??? So weird how this works sometimes. I wish I had some of the intolerances to food that I read about in others.
