- Hey Rose. I thought I had read that you take the protein shots from walmart too. I was very dissapointed to hear/read about them not being so great for us. I was just starting to get used to the taste and not have to down gatorade as a chaser after each sip. I was never a big meat eater before surgery and I'm surely not now. In fact, I was a vegetarian for 7 years but then quit to do the Atkins diet a few years ago. But that's not good since it makes me a carb junkie. So I think I'll keep trying these fruity protein powder flavors to see how they do. I mean the lemonade really does taste like lemonade, just a little protein-y, if you know what I mean. I'll just make myself get used to it. Oh, and I love your new grandson, he's so adorable and precious.

- Hi Rose, yes I'm ready to change my life. Not looking forward to doing the packet! Not sure where to begin. I have four children and a husband and we have our own business that I take care of all the books. So between running with the kids everywhere and the house, laundry, meals I have very little time for myself. Thank you for taking the time to send me a comment. By the way you look great!
