Hi Scott,
i saw you posted about your income tax deduction on Dr R 's board...we paid in 6400 and got back 4900 after doing the long form and taking the medical tax deduction..it is on irs.gov and if you search for document 502 it will come up with the medical PDF you can read about all the deductions on there...
you can claim your permiums to hmo or insurance that you paid, hotel, airfair traveling to and from dr..all the fees you paid, all dental payments, meds + over the counter stuff like pepto...
Good luck with that...I am sure you will do fine

Hey Rose! It is going great! I forget to update because I am enjoying being healthy too much, LOL! I am so busy, but I feel great and I am down 105 pounds to 205. I'll get some pics soon.
How are you doing?
Hey Scott - your photos are great! You look wonderful and must be so proud and happy to have done this for yourself! I am so looking forward to the future now - can't wait to feel more of this success!
I am not too worried about eating enough, I am just enjoying that I can eat things that I like. I am feeling like i am no longer a slave because I never used to be able to have salt because of high blood pressure and i never had sugar because of diabetes. Not that I want to have a salt and sugar diet, just that I would like to have the choice to eat things that I enjoy and not have them kill me. My food choices were very bland before and I even had to give up my job as a cake designer because of the sugar. So I feel like this has given me my life back, and my choice of foods back too. With sooooooo many diets and being told I wasn't allowed to eat this or that, this is a blessing. I was at one point told I wasn't allowed apples. So, since I love apples I am happy that today I had applesauce for lunch. I missed the taste. Good to know I could go a year without eating though. I didn't think you were preachy.... just sharing! and that is all good. talk to you soon
Hey Scott, i am glad Dr. R gave you your life back. I am 10 days out. I just got home to Canada on Sunday a.m. very early. I just started soft foods and am LOVING it. I had a rough few days at the start but turned the corner to being me again quickly. I have lost 17 lbs so far and expect to lose around 125 if Dr. P's math is right. I started out 265 (the runt of the litter actually) and my profile pic is from the day my staples were taken out.
Have a good night sleep and enjoy the gym. AT 5 AM!!! good grief! thanks for the advice :)
