I am a 42 year old mother of five boys, married for over 25 years to my high school sweetie. I gained weight with my first pregnancy in the early eighties and have been unsuccessful through my many, many attempts to lose it. You name it, I've tried it. On August 1, 2007, I had my surgery with Dr. R. in Las Vegas! I finally have my MGB and can now put 25 years of fruitless struggling to bed forever!

Hi Megan!!! I had you for one of my 10 contacts! It is nice to see you here, I didn't realize you were on this board! I had my MGB on July 18th and I am doing very very well. Thank you so much for your contact letter and all of the very personal information that you so willingly shared. I am forever greatful! Stop by my blog to see the updates of how it all went.
