Mini-Gastric Bypass

Las Vegas, Nevada & Orlando Florida, Get The Mini-Gastric Bypass for Life!!

Well thank God it wasn't a plateau. I weighed myself this Monday and lost another 3lbs. Which is about my average 2 - 3 lbs a week now. I am officially down 119lbs! Since November 19, 2008. I posted a couple of new pictures. Me in some not so baggy clothes. So maybe you can see the difference. I should do side by side photos of my face. I should use my drivers license picture. You can really tell the difference there. I hope everyone has a good holiday weekend.

New food this week: Nutella and whole grain toaster waffle. Yum... and easy.

Obsession of the last few weeks: cottage cheese and cantalope. I could not get enough of it.

things I must stay away from: snack foods like chips. they go down way to easy.

new thing I noticed this week: I can take the stairs withouth killing my legs! So cool.

found out this last week that I can't do ice cream. A couple of bites gave me horrid stomach cramping.

Well, bye for now. Happy 4th of July!!!!! Yeah independance day!!!

:) I have a horridly odd period that is on and off all the time so I couldn't tell if the weight corresponds to it. I lost 7 lbs last week, but last week was my first full week of exercise every day. that was hard to stick to actually. Just because of the time out of the day to do it. I am staying away from Ice cream though. I didn't care for it much before anyway.

Not much bothers me either Rainy.... seems the plateau thingy has a way of freakin us all out when it strikes huh? I hope it was a one time glitch for yah girl and is smooth sailing the rest of the way. Have you noticed any correlation to hormone changes throughout the month? I know I am always a few pounds heavier before a cycle starts and then lose weight during my cycle... always in the same 5 lbs range, but a downward trend over the last 7 months of about 2 lbs a month.

Just a little tip, if it didn't work this time doesn't mean it won't work next time, and maybe it is a blessing in disguise to avoid ice cream..... just convince yourself that it will happen again and don't even try. I wish I had of done that with a few things.... my weakness???? Hershey's kisses.... I don't even allow them in the house, because I am sure I could eat a whole bag still....

There isn't too much that bothers me either Rainy, but ice cream and frozen yogurt are definately some of them! I stay away from it--except for the no sugar added fudge pops, they are fine. I too can get down a lot of chips-like white-cheddar cheeze-its mmmmm. But I try to stay away cause its not such a good thing ya know.

I honestly wish I was like a lot of others and had more of those type of disguised blessings. There isn't a whole lot that bothers me too much.

That ice cream problem is a blessing in disguise! ;-)
