This morning I weighed in at 230 pounds!! I'm down 50 pounds from my highest weight when I was first starting to work on my packet. That's 40 pounds lost since surgery on 5/29, ten and a half weeks ago. Am I excited? Words cannot explain how excited I am. In a few days I'll be in the 220's, where I haven't been in 8 years!
